The Sun Dial Restaurant Bar & View, an iconic rotating restaurant atop The Westin Peachtree Plaza in Downtown Atlanta, will reopen after 3.5 months of renovations this Tuesday, August 13. Along with the interior renovation, Chef Jason Starnes, a native of Hickory, N.C., will be introducing an updated menu that includes entrees such as roasted tanglewood farms chicken, milk poached pork chop, filet of the moment, roasted filet of beef, seared Scottish salmon, pan seared duck a l’orange, mustard rubbed rack of lamb, sundial’s low country boil, and “today’s vegetable of the moment.”
