Ron “The Angry Chef” Eyester is bringing the Mother Clucker Fried Chicken Festival back to Morningside on April 13, 2013 from 2 to 5 p.m. The lot next to Rosebud will be tented off and festival goers will enjoy fried chicken tastings by several amazing local chefs.
There will also be live music from Pioneer Chicken Stand, plenty of Sweetwater beer and High Road Craft Ice Cream available for purchase.
The chefs will be using different chicken parts supplied by Springer Mountain Farms. I’m excited to be a judge for the event this year. Here is a list of participating chefs:
