Bone Lick BBQ Opens In West Midtown On August 14

“How much for just one rib?” That’s the name of one of the bar snacks available at Bone Lick BBQ which opens on Tuesday, August 14 in the retail shops at Apex West Midtown. Bone Lick BBQ is a spin off of P’cheen International Bistro and Pub’s popular weekly offering – Mike’s Monday Night Bone Lick BBQ - featuring pitmaster and chef Mike LaSage’s award-winning barbecue.

The menu offers a huge variety of bar snacks, sandwiches and entrees ranging from $3 starters to $25 for a whole rack of ribs with Texas toast and a side. Some of the menu highlights include the Smoke ‘em if Ya Got ‘em – 48-hour marinated wings, slow smoked naked or double dipped; The Legendary Pulled Pork Sammy; The Austin-tacious chopped brisket sandwich; and a selection of entrees that can be combined in traditional meat and two, three, four and even five samplers are also available.

If you enjoy an adult beverage as much as I do, Bone Lick BBQ will have only Georgia beers on tap along with a large American craft brew selection in bottles showcasing as many local brands as possible. Local wine, small batch American whiskeys, and a moonshine selection inspired by P’cheen will also be offered.

Bone Lick BBQ joins a couple other restaurant in the development including The Corner Tavern and Slice at 1133 Huff Road at Apex West Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia. Bone Lick BBQ will be open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday at 11 a.m. The kitchen will close for dinner nightly at 11 p.m. Parking is available on the street and in a large parking deck accessible by an entrance located between Slice and Bone Lick BBQ.  For more information visit them online at www.bonelickbarbecue.com.

Great news! I’m especially excited that there’s a new place in the area that serves food past 10pm on weeknights and isn’t fast food! And it’s open on Sunday, which many places around here aren’t. I will definitely be coming here soon.
